Group Fitness, Personal Training or CrossFit? What will you choose?
Prospective members are invited to come in and meet with our one of our membership consultants, where we will assess your current fitness level and determine what program might be the best fit for you might be.
We offer basic memberships on an annual or month-to-month basis which include use of our cardio and strength equipment as well as unlimited Group Fitness Classes (Make this link to the group fitness page).
We also offer CrossFit memberships which include unlimited Group Fitness classes and use of cardio and strength training equipment.
Personal training, childcare and massage therapy can be added to your membership on an a la carte basis.
We have many different membership options and the best way to determine if we are are a fit for you is to come in and take a tour and allow us to help give you all the information you need to make a decision if we are a the right place.
