Since 2013, Dragonfly CrossFit and Training Center has focused on our concise mission: “make our clients fit beyond expectation.” Dragonfly is a community leader, providing accountability, results, a fun and interactive environment and amazing and passionate fitness staff, all focused to change communities and improve lives.
The result is an amazing facility with programs for beginners and experts, talented and experienced coaches, trainers and group fitness staff. We provide a fun, welcoming community of members. At DCTC, we thrive on the amazing physical transformations of our every-day members who come to us to lose weight, get strong, train for an event, or simply improve their health, including first-time exercisers, weekend warriors, grandparents, stay-at-home parents, and students. And, we celebrate and learn from the incredible achievements of the many athletes who also train with us.

All of our group fitness classes are led by professional certified instructors and our personal training staff. Group class sizes are small to be geared for attention to personal needs and results.
